Meet the team

Joined Nautilus in 1996. Tony has extensive experience as a FTSE Company Secretary from Small Cap to FTSE 100. Having worked as a member of the management team for several of our clients, he has extensive experience of company secretarial matters, corporate transactions and UK regulatory practice and requirements as applicable to both listed and private UK and overseas companies.

Joined Nautilus in 2007. As well as serving as a Company Secretary of Nautilus and a PLC client, Quamail acts as a Deputy Company Secretary for FTSE 100, AIM and FTSE 250 Companies. He has extensive experience of attending and preparing minutes for Board and Committee meetings. Quamail also has responsibility for the financial and operational management of the business and heads our finance team.

Joined Nautilus in 2007. Jacqui has extensive experience working for FTSE and AIM listing clients in general statutory compliance, routine Stock Exchange announcements, option grants and exercises, input to drafting of Annual Reports, AGM, board evaluations and transaction work including M&A.

Joined Nautilus in 2017. As well as supporting the team, Robert has been involved in routine Stock Exchange announcements, corporate governance and listing compliance, annual report and circular drafting and statutory compliance for our FTSE and AIM listed clients.

Joined Nautilus in 2004. Helen is responsible for Board administration, meeting arrangements, board packs and Board calendars.

Joined Nautilus in 2008. Inacin is responsible for day-to-day operation of the finance function. She has extensive experience with Payroll, HMRC reporting, Management and Financial Accounts and VAT returns.
